Refund and Returns Policy

Refunds

This is a custom product that we make for you! We do not offer refunds. If you’ve chosen a tracked method for shipment, please see your tracking number for delivery information. If you have opted for first class mail, please note that there is no tracking, and orders can take up to 21 days. We have seen an increase use by the USPS for “no postal receptacle” – so if you are shipping to a cottage or lake house and you do not regularly receive mail there, please use a PO box at your cottage post office instead. We are not responsible for your order if it’s returned to us for “no address, no postal receptacle” or any other USPS delivery error. We do not offer refunds of any kind if it’s returned to us for a USPS “no address” or “no postal receptacle”.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or replacement for any reason.

To complete your return, we require your order number (or we can look it up by your name.)

Refunds

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable time frame.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Replacement

Contact us if you need a replacement. If you’ve had an issue during application, we offer a special custom coupon code for re-ordering.
